This AMLaw 50 firm is seeking a highly qualified transactional midlevel associate with 3 – 6 years of experience to join their Tax practice in the San Francisco office. The successful candidate should have experience representing public and private companies, portfolio companies, and alternative investment vehicles in the tax aspects of limited partner investments, mergers and acquisitions, and other similar transactional tax matters. The ideal candidate must also have strong communication and organizations skills and the ability to work independently.
