Registered Funds Associate

We seek a candidate to fill a position at a top-ranking registered funds team in Chicago, New York and Washington D.C. The firm is seeking a mid- to senior-level registered funds associate to support its Investment Management group.

Our client is a Midwest firm in origin with offices across the USA. Its registered funds team is ranked highly for its regulatory and transactional work with open- and closed-end funds. The team’s industry-recognised partners have particular expertise in mutual funds and ETFs. Currently, the team is seeking an experienced associate. They are keen to hear from attorneys with three to seven years of experience working with registered investment companies and advisers on regulatory, compliance, and/or transactional matters.

This firm is rapidly expanding its presence not only in the USA but also internationally. Therefore, it is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic practice group, work closely with high-profile clients, and enjoy both competitive compensation and a friendly work environment.
